Because our products are living or biologically active in nature, we handle returns a little differently than most consumer goods.

1. Change of Mind

Due to the biological nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been shipped. Please choose carefully and contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions about a product’s suitability.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@livingearthbiology.com.au with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

3. Product Quality Issues

We take product quality seriously. If you believe a product is faulty or has degraded before the printed best-before date:

• Email us within 30 days of purchase at info@livingearthbiology.com.au.

• Include your order details, batch number, and photos or evidence of the issue.

• We may request the product be returned for inspection.

If the issue is verified as a manufacturing or packaging fault, we will offer a full replacement or refund (including shipping).

4. Storage and Shelf Life

Our products contain natural and biological materials that can be affected by moisture, heat, or contamination once opened.
Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for products that have been:

• Stored incorrectly (e.g. exposed to moisture or direct sunlight)

• Contaminated by contact with water, soil, or other materials

• Used or partially used

Always store products sealed, in a cool, dry place.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm your claim.
We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been issued.
